I recently had Dave Levy at Ti Cycles in Seattle fit my Merlin with your couplers. I'm really impressed with the quality of the products you produce, and appreciate the details on your website. Dave did a great job retrofitting the bike - it still has that nice titanium feel, no creaks or additional flex.
It took me a while to figure out how to pack the bike, having taken it almost completely apart. Then, I saw your web page showing the 'right' way to do it - much easier! Now I've got it down to about 15 minutes. I travel for my job, and will now be able to take my bike with me without lugging a full size case around, or paying extra just because I want to go for a ride.
