Packing sequence for a Calfee road bike

I'm 6'3", and because my bike is so big, I have to remove the fork from the head tube to pack it, and I haven't found a single example of an S&S bike packed this way. After a few hours of experimenting with different configurations, I hit upon this set-up that worked better for me than any other. I thought I'd pass along the shots in case any other big-bike people have the same problem. Andrew Osborn

Step 6 (shown without wheel) The wheel goes on top the fork, not in the lid.

Step 7 shown with the wheel removed however the wheel needs to be laying on the fork and frame with the compression members in place before closing the lid.
